The Coalition will not support any policies that degrade longstanding federal-state boundaries concerning, or attempt to dislodge incumbents operating in, the various segments (local, state, and federal) of the nation’s electricity and transmission distribution system.

Promote federal rules that connect new generation resources to the grid as efficiently and responsibly as possible, enable market sellers and buyers to enter into agreements that fairly compensate electricity providers and properly reflect the costs of maintaining existing, and developing new energy infrastructure.
